WOW our friends will be here soon (tuesday) and we can only imagine our adventures when they get here. Brendan, Will, and Kendra oh my were so excited. Be prepared and have a safe flight.
ok so to catch up on a few days...
Friday we headed to the North Shore once again. Its our favorite*. We ate acai bowls and went to pipeline beach again. Pipeline is usually flat in the summer, but not today. The current was really strong and for the second day in a row, a wave crashed on us. My book for school was completely drenched. Do you think my teacher will believe me when I turn my homework in and say "excuse the soggy paper and sand?" To end the night we ended the night with Sushi on Waikiki and watched the beautiful sunset.
Saturday we did a little more job searching. Bahahaha. We then went to babysit where we sat in the hot tub, pool, and worked out. I parted ways with Julia and she stayed with Sean.
Sunday we went to One Love. After church, we got lunch (acai bowls) and went to Sandy Beach. Sandy Beach is known as the number one neck injury/back injury capital in the world. It was amusing watching the body surfers, boogie boarders, and tourists get dominated by the enormous waves. Sandy beach is located right where 50 first dates was filmed* We are just enjoying the weekend and Memorial Day before looking for more jobs this next week. We will inform you all soon. So keep praying. Our Lord is awesome and mighty and we are so blessed to be here. We love you all!!!!

Wendy and Julia, you should know that I stay entertained by your blog. As for the tat, I recommend a dolphin diving into a pot of gold underneath a rainbow. The dolphin to represent the water (your hawaii adventure), the gold to represent the money you will make once you find jobs, and the rainbow to represent gayness (the joy) that you will have this summer doing those things....just a recommendation.
ReplyDeleteThanks for keeping me entertained.
